Ellie is an Associate Fund Manager at Rethink Ireland.
Ellie has worked and volunteered with a variety of non-profit organisations including conservation, women’s services and homelessness charities. She has a Masters in International Development and a Bachelors in Ecological Science.
Originally from the North East of England, Ellie has lived in the Gambia, Cayman Islands and New Zealand.
Ellie is passionate about sustainable food systems and loves being outdoors and adventuring.
